With a fresh group-wide strategy and a new showroom in central Stockholm, Lammhults Design Group is taking a unified approach to its next chapter. OnOffice pays a visit.

Lammhults Design Group has opened a new showroom during Stockholm Design Days 2026. Designed by long-time collaborators Note (design studio), the pared-back showroom in Norrlandsgatan 20 in the centre of Sweden’s capital is an airy space that has been opened up so that Lammhults can change its set-ups with ease. What’s more, the new showroom represents a fresh direction for the group, whereby it will show products from its brands – here, Lammhults, Abstracta, Fora Form and Ragnars – in contextual settings that suggest a variety of possible scenarios and uses, be it for offices or hospitality projects. The focus shifts away from individual brands and toward highlighting the affinity between them, allowing different design languages to sit side by side within a shared space.

“What is new in our approach is that we understand that we can offer so much more than each individual brand. We want to protect the identity of each brand, but what we can provide as a group is the interrelation and the synergies [between them],” says Susanna Hilleskog, CEO of Lammhults Design Group.

Note’s co-founder Cristiano Pigazzini has been appointed creative advisor and is responsible for the overall creative direction of Lammhults Design Group’s new chapter. For the showroom, Note created a sequence of rooms, and chose muted colours, such as soft greens and browns, creating a clean canvas for the furniture to speak for itself. “We wanted to find colours that are neutral but not boring, that still have some energy,” says Pigazzini, noting that it was important to study the DNA of each brand in order to respect their identities while creating a space where each can be seen in the best possible light.

On the day of the opening, a soft yellow Bau modular sofa by Note, a new table, Bast, by Hunting & Narud for Fora Form, the Odd ottoman from Fora Form that has integrated power for charging, and a vast auburn Geofanti sofa and Sunny chairs by Lammhults are dotted around the showroom. A wooden chair library flanks the wall of the main space, showing design classics such as The City chair by Øivind Iversen, while a communal kitchen under a welcoming skylight is a space for Lammhults’ teams and design clients to gather and work at a large, height-adjustable table. Panels by Swedish acoustics brand Abstracta showcase the versatility of its products.

“Our ambition is now to become an even more cohesive and inspiring design player and partner for architects and designers,” adds Hilleskog. “We’ll be offering clear holistic solutions with a well-considered identity, smoothly integrated workflows and a customer journey that follows projects all the way from early idea to finished installation.”
