By submitting your registration for the OnOffice Product Awards, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility
- Entries are open to individuals, businesses, and organisations who meet the entry criteria specified in the award category descriptions.
- Entrants must ensure that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and up-to-date.
2. Entry Fee and Payment
- All entries are subject to a non-refundable entry fee, the amount of which is specified on the registration page.
- Entry fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal or failure to win.
3. Submission Guidelines
- Each entrant may submit multiple entries across different categories, provided each entry complies with category requirements.
- All submitted materials must be original and the property of the entrant or used with full permission.
- The organisers reserve the right to reassign entries to different categories if deemed more appropriate.
4. Use of Information and Materials
- By entering, you grant the organisers the right to use your submitted materials (including logos, images, and descriptions) for promotional and publicity purposes related to the Awards.
- Personal data provided will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used only for administration of the Awards, unless you opt in for additional communications.
5. Judging and Selection
- Judging will be conducted by a panel whose decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
- Criteria for evaluation are outlined in each award category and may include innovation, design, impact, and performance.
- No correspondence regarding the judging process or outcomes will be entered into.
6. Disqualification
The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any entry:
- That is incomplete, misleading, or contains false information.
- That does not comply with the Terms and Conditions.
- If payment is not received in full.
7. Withdrawal of Entry
- Entrants may withdraw their entry by written notice at any time prior to the judging process.
- Please note that entry fees remain non-refundable, even in the case of withdrawal.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The organisers are not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
- No liability is accepted for any technical failure or event which may cause the Awards to be disrupted or delayed.
9. Changes and Cancellation
- The organisers reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Awards at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, entry fees may be refunded at the organisers’ discretion.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
