Scott Brownrigg has scooped the ‘best development outside central London’ at the Offices Awards for 500 Brook Drive on the Green Park development, Reading. 500 Brook Drive features sculpted shape and a full height central atrium. The entrance is a cuboid within a full height glass façade, shaded by an overhanging roof. Two opaque glass stair towers flank the structure with additional staircases forming sculptural features. The judges were impressed by the ‘architectural and design qualities, flexibility and ability to meet specific occupier requirements.’ 500 Brook Drive is the practice’s fifth project on the Green Park business park.
