Merging style and sustainability, luggage design brand RIMOWA has launched its new Signature Collection made from recycled materials.

The collection, launching on November 30th, is another example of the German design brand’s desire to continually evolve, something it has done successfully over its 125-year history. Paying homage to its heritage and the brand’s birthplace of Cologne, the Signature Collection features a monogram on the nylon exterior inspired by the city’s skyline, while the lightweight construction and sophisticated style demonstrates the constant commitment to innovation.
Made in Italy, the bags are fashioned from ECONYL® nylon which is made from discarded materials salvaged from landfill and the oceans. Resulting in a material which is light, supple, and water-repellent, the three designs offer superior functionality, making them perfect for a variety of uses. Elevating the designs with tonal leather embellishments, each bag has adjustable capacity options and allows users to store laptops, phones, and other technical gadgets comfortably and securely.
The RIMOWA Signature Flap Backpack comes in four colourways and is designed to be easily fixed to a suitcase through its webbing straps. Deep internal, padded pockets can house a 16-inch laptop as well as space for two phones. With a snap buckle to securely fasten the backpack, this is a great companion for daily work commutes, even if cycling. The RIMOWA Signature Duffle Bag is designed with short work trips or long weekends away in mind, where only hand luggage might be required.
