As we continue to work from home, making the most of small spaces with smart storage solutions has become more important than ever. Whether we work in the kitchen, living room or have a designated office area, a tidy workspace equals a tidy mind.
Enter Italian design firm Magis and its popular 360° Container filing cabinet, created to effortlessly maximise your storage at home. Conceived by Berlin-based industrial designer Konstantin Grcic, the filing cabinet comes with five or ten drawers, made of glossy ABS, and complete with a modern colour palette of five Spring-inspired shades that add an apt twist for a new season.
Playful and fresh, the soft and fresh hues – yellow, pink, bordeaux, green and blue – capture the essence of a milder season, as we look forward to warmer months. What’s more, there is also a selection of neutral shades to choose from for those preferring more subdued tones, including white, light grey or black, which promise to stand the test of time.
Elsewhere, a vertical rod of aluminium allows the cabinet to swivel independently out to 360° degrees – as the name suggests – and wherever it is needed. Conveniently, the rotational mechanism allows for easy access from both sides of the drawers, making it ideal for stashing away stationery and paperwork quickly and easily.
