
Squire and Partners has submitted plans for a mixed-use development in Piccadilly, which includes 43,000 sq m of office space. The project is located on the north-east corner of Green Park in the Mayfair conservation area and will also provide 36 residential apartments, including 12 affordable homes, along with 3,300 sq m of retail. In addition the scheme will also create a new public realm thoroughfare and courtyard between the commercial and residential building, running from Bolton Street to Clarges Street. The buildings will be made mainly from Portland stone so ensure the redevelopment “compliments the surroundings in a subtle yet distinctive way.”
