These are the latest images for Make’s London Wall Place project submitted for planning at the City of London. Designed for developers Hammerson the 46,450 sq m project comprises two buildings and will replace the existing podium and 1950’s tower currently on site.
121 London Wall will feature multi-level terraces and a combination of large trading floors and individual offices. On the west of the site 123 London Wall will house 18,000 sq m of office space over 16 storeys. More than half the site is dedicated to open spaces, including gardens set among the City Wall and St Alphage Church Tower. According to Make’s Ian Lomas the building is designed “to adapt and evolve to changing tenant needs and environmental challenges.”
