100% Design will return to Olympia London 21-24 September. Five industry sections will once again form the show (Interiors, Workplace, Kitchens & Bathrooms, Design & Build and Emerging Brands), celebrating up and coming brands in contemporary design as well as the leading domestic and international names in the industry.
This year’s talks programme will be curated by the Design Museum as part of their ‘on loan’ campaign. Focusing on quality and depth, the talks will bring the museum to the design community. The programme will feature agenda-setting discussions and explore the many trends in contemporary design and predictions for its future. Visitors will also be given a glimpse of what to expect from the new museum when it opens in Kensington on 24 November 2016.
New for 2016 is 100% Design’s partnership with eporta. This platform for interiors sourcing will allow show visitors to save their favourite designers, view exhibitor catalogues and navigate the show.
100% Design’s Workplace section will once again present the ways in which innovative companies are using design thinking to improve the experience and productivity of the workplace. Steelcase is this year’s research partner for Workplace and will provide sector-leading insight into workplace design and human behaviour at work.
Contemporary furniture specialists, MARK Product (pictured above), will launch their new Alf range of chairs, stools and tables at the show. Sagal Group will join them in launching several new furniture products, including the Flora Easy Chair, Double Cross Coffee Table and Blob Modular Seating range.
