Octaevo brings a touch of Barcelona to the workplace with its colourful paper vases, notebooks and planners
Adding a contemporary twist to everyday objects, Barcelona-based design studio Octaevo isn’t afraid to go bold and bright.
Working out of their atelier in Barcelona—and collaborating with the likes of Jaime Hayon—the Catalan brand creates eye-catching goods that are designed to be collected, gifted or proudly displayed on work desks, whether at home or in the office.
Dedicated to transporting a Mediterranean-inspired aesthetic to the world, Octaevo’s offerings include paper vases that bring together touches of 60s inspired colours; finely cut brass bookmarks which slip onto pages like a silk glove; and aptly named notebooks like ‘The Voyage’, evocative of Vittorio De Sica’s classic film of love and drama under the Sicilian sun, or ‘La Dolce Vita’ which pays homage to Federico Fellini’s iconic cinematic landmark.
Featuring graphic prints and a kaleidoscope of vibrant colours, Octaevo’s offerings brighten the day and add a touch of playfulness into writing and organising. The brand’s multifunctional notebooks and planners, such as the Pocket Notes A Year Of Sun featuring a durable and agile soft eco PU cover, caught our eye in particular to keep track of weekly tasks and meetings, while Passport Travel Notes has us dreaming of the sun.
With a desire to create objects with meaning and soul, the brand’s passion shines through with every piece, bringing joy and light-hearted fun to workspaces.
Calling both the curious and creative to plan their next far-flung adventures (once travel resumes), Octaevo’s stationery oozes sleek summer style.
