Stalattite by Italian-Eritrean architect Lulghennet Teklè, is a versatile and functional coffee table with characteristic transparent legs which can be used to store and display various objects, such as accessories or decorative items. Plexiglas plugs are used to seal the tabletop, creating continuous support and an easy way to change the objects on display. The user can also leave the legs open to accommodate certain objects such as bottles and vases, which will extend beyond the tabletop, making the piece lively and fun.

Global textiles innovator Milliken is launching its new Nordic Stories collection, taking the user on a journey through the textural landscape and extreme environments of the Nordic countries. The portfolio’s four designs, Tectonic, Isograd, Hidden Plains and Extreme Contrasts, encompass the sensory experience that is the Nordics, illustrating striking extremes of its volcanos and glacier-shaped landscape, as well as exploring the rich and varied culture of the Nordics. The depth and richness of the collection’s versatile palette includes natural hues as well as bold colours. Produced using tufted textured loop pile yarn, the collection includes cushion backing with 90% recycled content.

The Abacus occasional table designed by Mona Tripp is a versatile table suitable for a variety of settings. Inspired by the Chinese abacus, each leg is distinctive, created using an innovative jigging device for copy lathe-turning. Interchangeable parts of the jig simplify the manufacturing process and allow Tripp efficient production of multiple designs. The tabletop is CNC cut and can be flat-packed with the legs for easy transportation and storage.
Making a third appearance at Clerkenwell Design Week, Morgan blurred the line between workplace and hospitality seating. Additions to the Modena collection included a sofa corner unit and compact lounge chair, pictured, providing versatile modularity to the range. Six new designs were showcased at the event, including the Lucca lounge chair, both with and without arms, plus a new light Soho armchair. All of the seating included a metal swivel base and identical orange fabric to highlight the unique design lines of each collection.
Staverton’s award-winning CL bench has been installed in The Co-operative Group’s new Manchester head office.
