Office furniture manufacturer Eborcraft recently completed a bespoke order for a prestigious boardroom table. The client’s specification was that the table should match existing furniture. Working from nothing more than a melamine sample, Eborcraft drew upon its extensive knowledge of wood veneers to select a veneer from outside its usual range. Alder was chosen for having the most suitable grain structure and base colouring. The barrel-shaped table was modified to incorporate a pair of power management modules, set flush into the tabletop.
