Technical Specification

This magazine and website is compiled in complete digital format. To ensure the correct reproduction of your advertisement please supply your digital files following the guidelines below.

All copy should be sent as high resolution press ready pdf’s (PDF/x-1a) by email or mac formatted disc with a colour proof to onoffice magazine.

Alternative methods of supply

• Artwork supplied to the correct size in either QuarkXpress, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.
• All images to be supplied high resolution (300dpi) and saved in CMYK preferably as Jpeg or pdf format.
• All screen and printer fonts to be supplied.
• If using Quark or Illustrator, fonts should be saved as outlines, colour/logos as CMYK, final documents as EPS.
• When using Quark Xpress preferences please ensure all trapping settings are set to zero. Photoshop files should be
• CMYK EPS, Minimum 300 dpi. Turn any duotones or RGB files to CMYK.
• When sending any type of file please make sure that all fontsembedded, create outlines, all layers flattened and all images are converted to CMYK.

We do not accept artwork designed in the following formats: Pagemaker, Corel Draw, Powerpoint, Excel, Jpeg.

Please supply a digital cromalin or alternatively we can accept a screen optimised pdf for guidance.

Label all artwork:
