The Interiors Group recently fitted out offices for Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Mayfair, London. Teamed with designers LSM and Project Managers CBRE, the brief was to deliver a sophisticated design that builds on the sleek interior components of the Gulfstream fleet, carrying those elegant concepts into the sales centre for a complete experience. The layout and design create a holistic experience for clients and visitors with every component of the 5,400sq ft space dedicated to helping the customer. The fit-out included conference and resource rooms equipped with digital technologies.

BDI designer Matthew Weatherly has created a striking and inviting place to work with FORMAT OFFICE. Engineered for today’s workplace, FORMAT’s design is elegant and modern. The collection includes a wood-topped desk, a mobile file pedestal and a versatile mobile credenza with storage space for a printer, hanging files and other supplies. With satin nickel-plated steel details, FORMAT is available in two finishes; a striking combination of natural walnut with satin white or a classic black stained oak.

The Foundry required a bespoke reception desk to suit the clean, contemporary look and feel of the office entrance, and while delivering a winning combination of refined design aesthetics and hardwearing durability, the white of Blanc Absolu B170 from the Polyrey Color Premier collection was selected to meet the demands of daily usage and to sustain a striking and elegant appearance over time.

Fabric manufacturer Dickson launched its first upscale fire retardant indoor collection at the Sleep Event, designed especially for the decorating and hotel industries. The various ranges give decorators, interior designers and architects an array of mix-and-match opportunities, including the masculine tweeds and mustardy yellows of Havana Room, vibrant red and orange of Soft & Pepper, elegant Jacquards of Smoky Beige, natural earthy tones of Green Roots, mysterious night-time shades of Deep Purple and the stormy blues and nautical turquoise of Blue Drop, pictured.

LARKBECK is a studio collaboration between two furniture makers Rafe Mullarkey and Laszlo Beckett. The central London workshop focuses on the strength and purpose of cabinet making techniques, while embracing contemporary technologies. The Linden credenza is constructed from Austrian lime and consists of the sculptural elements of contrasting surfaces, incorporated in an elegant aesthetic. LARKBECK’s design ethic stems from an understanding and respect for fine materials, combined with computer-aided design.
