The Foundry required a bespoke reception desk to suit the clean, contemporary look and feel of the office entrance, and while delivering a winning combination of refined design aesthetics and hardwearing durability, the white of Blanc Absolu B170 from the Polyrey Color Premier collection was selected to meet the demands of daily usage and to sustain a striking and elegant appearance over time.

LARKBECK is a studio collaboration between two furniture makers Rafe Mullarkey and Laszlo Beckett. The central London workshop focuses on the strength and purpose of cabinet making techniques, while embracing contemporary technologies. The Linden credenza is constructed from Austrian lime and consists of the sculptural elements of contrasting surfaces, incorporated in an elegant aesthetic. LARKBECK’s design ethic stems from an understanding and respect for fine materials, combined with computer-aided design.

Solus Ceramics introduces the new Glassheart range, a luxurious and elegant glass tile that can be applied to both walls and floors. Individually hand crafted by master glassmakers and featuring transparent glass cast with a vibrant colour transplanted beneath, the tiles have a smooth but rustic texture similar to set molten glass. The range comes in a number of sizes and shapes, including hexagons and more unusual rounded shapes.
