Featured during Clerkenwell Design Week, Milliken showed its latest addition to an extensive range of carpets, Urban Collective. The range is the first to pull together different Milliken technologies into one collection, making the best use of the company’s proprietary Millitron pattern technology, while also using its solution-dyed, nylon-tufted capability. Colour cues were taken from weathered concrete, stained with rust and graffiti, and the charred and peeling paint of derelict buildings.
Vorwerk Carpets has launched a new website which has moved away from the confines of product-focused presentation by taking users on a journey, exploring cultural and technical themes with equal reverence. It also features an advanced floor finder search engine, helping designers and end users alike to find their ideal Vorwerk carpet.
